Refunds and Returns

Dear Customer,

We too are consumers and understand that some giant companies offer two-day shipping, but our business model is different. We either source out unique items from specialized manufacturers, or hand-make the apparel and footwear in-house. We support the Mom & Pop operations. We also source materials and product from 6 different countries, and employ 8 staff from all over the globe! We hope you appreciate the care and time that goes into your original product as much as we do.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective or mis-printed, and returned to our company in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on items the customer mis-ordered. If you are unsure of sizing, please check our size guides available on the product pages.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an image of the defective product.

Shipping: To return your product, we will provide you a shipping address once you complete the returns form. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
